Corbaci Peppers

Mild Corbaci peppers have a very rich flavor, perfect for pickling, frying and drying.

This rare heirloom pepper originated from Turkey and produces very long and slender 10-inch fruit that is curved and twisted.

Corbaci peppers start out yellow-green and mature into a deep red, and can be eaten at any stage.

One of the most productive of all peppers, out-yielding all others in tests by the University of CA.
